The t-Lounge & Bar by Dilmah will give the customer a complete restaurant and bar experience with extended timings and comprehensive food and beverage menus in a spacious but cosy atmosphere. In addition to the iconic treats and snacks that our lounges usually offer, there will be a mouth-watering range of special new dishes developed by celebrity Chef Peter Kuruvita offered for breakfast, all-day and gourmet dining as well as bar sides. Our very own in-house chef will overlook every one of these, adding the delicate final touches themselves. The hot and chilled fine teas, t-mocktails, shooters and t-shakes that constitute our beverages will be joined by a colourful and inspired array of t-cocktails, designed to give you a happy buzz. Of course, we like to let you take a bit of your t-experience home. For this, our set-up will include a retail section where one can pick favourites from Dilmah’s endless variety of teas, or contribute towards our conservation projects by purchasing from the related range of literature published by Dilmah.
